Problems pairing (Android)

The most important thing to remember is to always pair with your Beeline via the Beeline app (not the Bluetooth settings menu) as well as making sure that both the Phone and the Moto are ready to be paired.

Sometimes, some Android phones - particularly those with less reliable Bluetooth - experience pairing issues. The most common of these is for the Beeline to be 'found' but can't be 'paired'.

Getting the phone ready (unpairing / forgetting):

1. Go to the Bluetooth Settings menu on your phone

2. Look at the list of devices. The next steps depend on your phone but if you see your device in the list of already paired devices, you should be able to unpair it.

Getting the Velo 2 ready (unpair):

Your Velo 2 should be showing this screen:

If it is off, you can turn it on by holding the power (up) button. If it is on, you can un-pair it from the Settings->Unpair screen.

Pairing failed or is rejected?

Try turning the device off and on by holding the power button. This will factory reset the device and should help clear the pairing issue. Restarting your phone is also known to help.

This should do the trick but, if you are still having trouble, please contact us here. Screenshots, photos, and a list of steps you have tried will be very useful for diagnosing the issue.
