Problems pairing (iPhone)


Beeline Velo/Beeline Moto generally have no issues pairing with iPhones, so you shouldn't have any issues! The most important thing to remember is to always pair with your Beeline Velo/Beeline Moto via the Beeline app (not the Bluetooth settings menu). 


If you do have any pairing issues, please follow these steps: 

  1. Open the ‘Settings’ app and tap on ‘Bluetooth’

  2. Underneath the ‘My Devices’ heading, the Beeline that you have unpaired via the Beeline app will be listed (i.e. “Beeline XXXX” or “Beeline Moto XXXX”)

  3. Tap the ‘i’ icon to the right of the Beeline in the list

  4. Tap ‘Forget This Device’

  5. Open the Beeline app, and attempt to pair again

This should do the trick but, if you are still having trouble, please contact support@beeline.co.
