Problems pairing (Android)

Your phone should pair up with Beeline when you first set up your Beeline account in the Beeline app. Sometimes, some Android phones - particularly those with less reliable Bluetooth - experience pairing issues. The most common of these is for the Beeline to be 'paired' but not 'connected'. When this happens, your Beeline will appear to be paired but won't display the arrow when you press 'go' on the arrow.

My Beeline is paired but won't connect. Help!

1. Check that the Beeline app is open on your phone

2. Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone

3. Check that your Beeline is listed in Paired Devices in Android Bluetooth Settings

4. Check that "Location" is enabled on your phone

5. Wait! Connecting can take up to 30 seconds

If your Beeline still won't connect then:

1. Disable Bluetooth for 30 seconds

2. Enable Bluetooth

3. Check that your Beeline is listed in Paired Devices in Android Bluetooth Settings

If your Beeline still won't connect then:

1. Restart your phone and repeat steps above

2. Try unpairing your Beeline

Hopefully this does the trick but, if you are still having trouble, please contact us here.
